  • The Shopping Center Assistant Manager is accountable for the operational success of the property and will oversee operations, marketing, construction management, lease administration, accounting, and tenant relations.

    Maintain safety, cleanliness and integrity of all areas of SHOPPING CENTER, systems and equipment for all property users.

    Have thorough knowledge of leasing area including all competitive properties and area demographics.

    Develop and maintain an appropriate level of involvement in SHOPPING CENTER affairs and activities.

    Enforce all tenant lease requirements, property policies and governmental regulations.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
