  • Highlights of Job Description:

    • To provide high level of customer assistance to casino patrons consistent with the set policies and procedures; To support superiors in accomplishing shift’s requirements in Rewards Membership, Casino Events and Promotions and VIP Services effectively and efficiently; To coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments to achieve department’s goals and objectives.

    • Perform high level of service delivery in all areas of the department to produce efficient output consistent with the company’s core service standards.

    • Deliver a positive memorable customer experience.

    • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to achieve seamless services and comply with requirements.

    • Proactively build and maintain customer relationships.

    • Seek feedback from customers for continuous improvement and report to superiors.

    • Be familiar with all Hotel and Casino services and products.

    • Greet all internal and external guests courteously with an optimistic, amiable, and cheery temperament.

    • Cooperate with the department’s plans and visions to achieve set standards of the company.

    • Participate in providing ideas useful for the development of department’s policies and procedures.

    • Assist to update internal reports as may be assigned or required by the department.

    • Be knowledgeable of the department’s goals and contribute in ensuring achievement of these objectives.

    • Be familiar with company products, services and promotions.

    • Attend briefings/meetings for proper monitoring of Customer Service operations as needed.

    • Extend assistance to superiors in meeting operational requirements on Rewards Membership, Casino Events and Promotions and VIP Services.

    • Responsible for preparing casino room bookings and transport service vehicle requirements.

    • Assist to check VIP guests and special group arrangements are in order prior to their arrival (amenities, transportation, room assignments, checking in of luggage, etc.) and assists junket/ VIP guests in rolling chips and in credit card cash advance transactions as per request of guests or Management.

    • Provide proper handling and attention to guest complaints and report to immediate superiors for assistance as needed.

    • Promote Casino and Hotel facilities whenever possible, and is familiar with city and local information.

    • Ensure proper coordination with other casino and or hotel departments as may be needed by the customer or department.

    • Assume additional responsibilities as may be needed.

    Required Educational Attainment:

    • At least a graduate of ANY four (4) year degree/course

    Other Minimum Requirements:

    • Height for Female: At least 5'4" tall

    • Height for Male: At least 5'7" tall

    • Can communicate in English fluently
