  • Description

  • * To supervise the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits program of the Company;

    * To evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for the Company and employees;

    * To ensure employees are informed of their benefits and are able to optimize applicable benefits;

    * To ensure compliance to local laws, rules and regulations that pertain to compensation and benefits;

    * To perform day-to-day tasks necessary for the effective and efficient operations of Human Resources.

    Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course;

    Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years;

    MS Office proficient;

    HRIS familiarity an advantage.
