  • Job Scope

    The HR Manager is responsible in assisting the Director of Human Resources in the day-to-day administration and management of the Human Resources Department. He/She is expected to ensure that all HR sections, namely Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Timekeeping, Recruitment and the Clinic, function properly and effectively.


    - Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication or any management or related course;

    - At least two (2) years experience in a similar role or five (5) years supervisory experience;

    - Familiar with the Philippine Labor Laws;

    - Experience in the hospitality industry an advantage;

    - Above average communication skills in both Filipino and English;

    - Ability to interact with all levels of the organization;
