  • To attend to employee concerns, queries and suggestions, with regard to the different HR functions of Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations; To perform the day-to-day tasks (e.g. communication, filing, & documentation) necessary for the effective and efficient operations of Human Resources ; To provide guidance and assistance to the different departments with regard to their people.

    Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course;

    Experience in HRD and/or the hospitality industry an advantage but not necessary;

    MS Office proficient;

    HRMS/HRIS familiarity an advantage.
