  • - Source new leasing accounts, targeting corporate business
    - Responsible for account generation and management
    - Database Management (MS Excel & Powerpoint)
    - Determine client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
    - Remain knowledgeable with real estate markets and best practices.
    - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
    - Prepare documents contracts, leases. deeds, closing statements, etc.)

    - Must have strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
    - Open to all courses.
    - A degree holder or at least 2 or 4 years in college.
    -Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
    - Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
    - Goal-oriented, team player and with entrepreneurial mindset.
    - PRC Licensed is an advantage
