  • The ideal candidate must be self-driven - an efficient individual who can work with minimal supervision.

    The role requires previous experience booking appointments through cold/warm calls with an understanding of effective telemarketing strategies.

    The person must be proactive and is willing to learn beyond current skill sets.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • In-charge of calling cold leads and must be able to meet the required quota

    • Updating and management of Sales CRM *previous CRM experience is ideal but not required

    • Monitor, track process updates and reports on Telemarketing

    • Assist with Marketing if necessary

    • Must be open to doing ad hoc tasks

    • Targeting to book an appointment for every potential client

    • Identifies prospects by calling and doing the sales talking that are on the list

    • Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment or other telecommunications technologies

    • Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations

    • Completes details by recording names, addresses, and email address

    • Keeps equipment operational by following company instructions and established procedures.

    • Secures information by completing data base backups

    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

    • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and result-oriented

    • Must have keen attention to details

    • Previous telemarketing experience is ideal

    • Ability to understand and articulate our value proposition

    • Previous experiences in managing CRMs is a plus

    • Must have keen attention to details

    Desired Skills:

    • Good understanding of Telemarketing Process

    • Ability to work independently and must have keen attention to details

    • Strong project management skills and must be able to juggle multiple projects

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
