    Job Description:

    Primarily responsible for the preparation of Monthly Income Statement. Also, responsible for billing and collections to tenants of JIC properties and residential properties. Encodes official receipt, RV for rental and utilities, prepares aging report, compute refund of security deposit and checks renewal commission.
    Prepares annual budget, assist external and internal auditors for yearly audit and prepares various audit schedule, compute documentary stamp for new tenants and physical count of assets for (Click "Apply now" to see the address)
