• Responsible in maintain accounting record by creating duplicates; filling and safeguarding documents.
• Resolves data by balancing statements with general ledger.
• Sustains accounting databases by entering data; dealing out back-ups.
• Process account payables and receivables as needed.
• Analyze discrepancies and other unsettled accounting documents.
• Gives assistance to meet the deadline for submission of periodic accounting reports.
• Performs administrative functions to support accounting team and supervisors.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
