    ABOUT THE JOB:

    - Processing payments from both members and affiliates

    - Creating invoices and journal entries onto the Oracle accounting system

    - Responding to queries raised by internal customers

    - Reconciling cash collected to member accounts and resolving outstanding issues in a timely manner

    - Completing exception reports which ensure member accounts are accurate

    - Working with team leaders to improve and streamline processes

    - Ad-hoc duties as required by the team supervisor/manager

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Intermediate Excel Skills

    - Good organisational skills

    - Finance background

    - With customer service background is desirable
