  • Description

  • 1) Relay to Recruitment Supervisor all manpower requirements requested by client company

    2) Assist to follow-up employee’s performance evaluation (re-contract, absorbed, endo)

    3) Attend office day as scheduled by the clients

    4) Visit client’s branches and take note of all employee’s inquiries and concerns

    5) Assist on disseminating notices, updated info’s and others alike to all handled employees

    6) Give copies of pay slips (hard copies) to employees during site visit

    7) Pick up, collate and check employee’s DTRs for handled clients

    8) Visit areas and do spot checking

    9) Submit weekly and monthly report to Key Account Manager

    10) Performs other task that may be deemed necessary from time to time

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
