Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Telemarketing
Conduct client visit
Submit Sales call itinerary
Submit sales call/sales activities
Participate and attend sales meeting and discuss client assessment and monitoring
Prepare sales quotations and proposals for clients
Profiling potential customer/clients
Generate and establish more accounts
Secure and negotiate rates from shipping lines, co-leaders and sub-con
Updates rates and contracts with carriers, co-leaders and sub-con
Prepares costing for approval
Follow up feedbacks and status of inquiries and quotations
Inputs rates to Forwarding system.
Update clients for any changes on rates and surcharges
Keep up with market trends and updates
Dispatch booking to trucking, operations and customer service
Assist updating client for the status of their shipment
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Time Management, Commercial skills / Networking, Sales
• Availability to travel: Yes
