  • Job Responsibilities:

    - Preparing project progress reports for account managers

    - Handle the accounts of multiple clients and provide them with updates

    - Coordinating schedules and meetings

    - Assist in delivering presentations to clients

    - Presents all the accounts related reports to the accounts manager.

    - Possessing knowledge of sales, marketing and advertising principles

    - Understanding the needs of clients with diverse services and products

    - Submit regular status reports

    - Respond to customer requests

    - Maintain data and records

    - Responsible for transferring the accounting data into software

    Qualifications:

    - Proficient in Office 365, PDF editing and Power BI

    - Knowledgeable with Bluebeam

    - Computer proficient

    - Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)

    - Attention to detail

    - Outstanding organizational skills
