  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    -Female/Male
    -College graduate of any Business Studies/Administration/Management/Mass Communication/Sales & Marketing or equivalent/ Public Relations courses
    -With at least 1 year work experience in Sales Industry and Customer Service
    -Able to secure profitable business
    -Have an excellent negotiation skills and result oriented
    -Must be able to communicate in English and Tagalog with clients
    -Good Computer Knowledge
    -Willing to learn, team player, pro-active and has initiative
    -Preferably residing in Manila or any nearby cities
    -Can work ASAP in CMS OFFICE, BINONDO, MNL.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Prospect clients through research online presence, fieldwork and other sales techniques
    -To Sales & Market CMS Housekeeping/Janitorial Services and General Manpower
    -Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan for the Target Clients /Industry
    -Set appointments and present Company services to prospect clients
    -Does regular representation and PR with the Clients
