About the Role
We are seeking the services of an Account Manager to assist with our expanding client base primarily servicing the Australian and US markets.
We are an Australian-owned BPO operating out of Clark Freeport Zone who proudly provides services to a wide range of businesses wishing to partner with one of the Philippines’ leading seat leasing services.
Our clients vary from professional services firms such as accountants, financial planning, engineers, and architects are just some of the professions we serve.
We are looking for someone that will complement our existing team of account managers and bring is a new fresh perspective, allowing us to continue to innovate and remain at the top of the tree
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meeting new clients and assisting in the sales process
- Co-ordinating the onboarding procedure to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client
- Provide guidance to our clients to ensure day to day operations function seamlessly
- Engage in a client call cycle to ensure we continue to be front of mind and build our business relationship
Minimum Qualifications
- A good grasp of the English language both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to deliver outstanding client service to our clients
- Have worked in the BPO industry before
- Have experience in dealing with western businesses, including management level
- Broad understanding of different businesses
- Ability to think laterally through a range of solutions, providing our clients with options on how to proceed
- Any Real Estate BPO experience would be a plus
