  • **Responsibilities

    - Primary Point of Contact for assigned clients

    - Ensure all requested services are performed for client

    - Ensure support teams are properly trained and cross-trained to support client needs.

    - Provide expert problem management support to complex high-profile customer issues and perform root-cause

    analysis and implementation of corrective actions as appropriate.

    - Produce and distribute all service reports to the clients and ensure that the findings are within the expected solution

    results.

    - Identify any new client opportunities

    - Coordinate all quoting, proposals, and delivery of scopes.

    - Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.

    - Follow up on all customer issues with our services

    - Perform the role of the liaison between Dynamic Quest and the Clients

    - Perform project management / coordination for engaged agreements

    - Conduct client status meetings on a set frequency (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly) based on client expectations

    - Be the client advocate

    - Constantly look for performance improvement options

    - More important:  Must be able to think out of the box and apply common sense to the situation that may arise

     

    **Requirements

     

    -Minimum of 5 to 8 years of applicable professional experience in large account IT environments

    - Must have strong written and speaking fluency with English

    - Working knowledge of PMP Project Management Principles

    - Strong experience in: knowledge management, incident management, request management, service level

    management, vendor management, IT asset management

    - Working knowledge of the ITIL Framework

    - Solid technical understanding

    - Self-learner that can pick up new information quickly and adapt to changing work environment

    -Extremely detail oriented

    - Strong Analytical and Presentation Skills

    - Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

    - Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
