  • Job brief:

    We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    -Responsible on developing long term relationships with customers;

    -Responsible in finding new accounts and managing existing clients.

    -Answers client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

    -Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs.

    Requirements:

    -With at least 3 years of related experience in Account Management handling IT Solutions(both hardware and Software

    -Must have experience with IT Solutions Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development
