    Background:

    Under general supervision of the Crestline Sales Supervisor and applying continuous improvement tools and concepts, demonstrate outstanding sales performance in the promotional products arena. Responsibilities include receiving calls, web orders, and live chats from customers and proactively retaining existing customers by making outbound calls. As a key contact with potential customers, it is expected that each ISR will be engaged with inbound and outbound communications more than 75% of the day and will accurately record all interactions with customers within the Crestline ERP and CRM systems. ISR will accurately gather all assigned marketing information (source codes, coupon codes, etc.) and complete all other reports and surveys required by management. The ISR will also take the initiative to know the features and benefits of all existing and new products, will demonstrate an innate interest in learning more about new product categories and the industries/institutions of his/her customers, and will proactively seek ways to increase his/her value to the customer as a consultant.



    Responsibilities:

    Reach and exceed predefined sales and customer service standards.

    Up-sell, cross-sell and offer predetermined item/specials using sales techniques to maximize every sales opportunity.

    Retain a defined percentage of the existing customer base.

    Obtain referrals from the current customer base and promptly reach out to these potential customers to secure additional business.

    Handle general e-mail/fax/mailed questions/orders from internal and external customers.

    Follow-up on quotes, samples, orders, and ancillary lists generated in a timely and professional manner to exceed customer expectations and grow sales.

    E-mail art and payment information on orders and any other pertinent information needed to process orders immediately to the Customer Care Specialist.

    Provide complete, accurate, and detailed order information for assigned Customer Care Specialist and request assistance needed to provide outstanding service to meet the needs of every customer.

    Provide custom quotes to customers within predetermined guidelines and seek management approval when pricing or additional services are needed that fall outside of those guidelines,

    Answer all calls within two rings

    Answer all emails within one hour

    Respond to all faxes within one hour

    Although the Customer Care Specialist will assist the ISR with keeping track of all open sales opportunities, the ISR is ultimately

    Responsible for all sales transactions and should maintain a log of all orders entered to track the status of orders and to appropriately follow-up on orders that have not been processed; review weekly report for orders on hold and orders entered and follow-up on all held orders or outstanding customer quotes. In addition, the ISR will receive monthly reports from management listing customers who have placed orders in the previous year and other pertinent lists. All names on the list must be called in a timely manner, and the results reported to management.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.





    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree holder

    Superb English (written and verbal)

    Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Requires two years successful telephone sales experience and work within a call center environment where high call production is a standard.

    Communication and negotiation skills

    Ability to build rapport

    Time management and planning skills

    Can work independently and or in a team environment

    Proven sales experience
