  • The Account Manager acts as support system to the Client Success Team and will be responsible in managing the team members of each assigned clients with a close working relationship with the Director of Operations, and Managing Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintains a close contact with assigned clients to assist in growing their use of the outsourcing solutions

    • Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to allocated clients and team members relating to Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Business Development

    • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships

    • Provides ongoing service throughout the client’s subscription to demonstrate value, as to ensure that we optimise the likelihood of them renewing and identifying any opportunities to up sell additional services

    • Works closely with other client facing teams

    • Liaises with the Client Success Team to ensure the client’s requirements are serviced, and provide feedback on team member performances

    • Researches and understands each client’s business

    • Assesses, clarifies, and validates client’s needs on an ongoing basis

    • Conducts training and product awareness sessions as needed or when need arise

    • Facilitates huddles to team members covering company policies, AU and NZ culture

    • Provides on-site support to assigned team members

    • Works with Human Resource to facilitate Performance Reviews and other departments in the organisation to assist on the administration tasks and process documentations

    • Identifies new business opportunities across existing clients and work closely with the Client Success Team

    • Conducts interviews and organises shortlisting of candidates following the Recruitment Process

    • Facilitates a monthly / quarterly client review with assigned clients

    • Maintains a customer satisfaction rating of 9 for overall Net Promoter Score

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or Account Officer

    • Background in Accounting is preferred as well or a graduate of Accountancy not necessary a CPA.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • A true client service focus, with the ability to drive improvement, always focusing on client satisfaction

    • A proactive and flexible attitude, and ability to work in fast paced and changing environment

    • Knowledge of CRM tools

    • Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds

    • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

    • A team player who can work with team members and other departments to achieve results

    • The ability to also work autonomously

    • Willing to work at night shift from time to time
