  • We are looking for (1) Account Manager for our multinational IT client that provides various network security solutions like F5, Fortinet, Gigamon and etc.

    Type of Employment: Direct Hiring and Regular employment
    Industry: Information Technology
    Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
    -Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
    -Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
    -Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
    -Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
    -Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
    -Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
    -Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    -Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
    -Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
    -Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
    -Keep records of client transactions

    Job Qualifications:

    -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
    -Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably in selling security solutions
    -Client focus, ability to effectively communicate with the clients, and has good account management experience
    -Background in network security solutions is advantage
    -Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
    -Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
    -2 Full-Time position(s) available.
