    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the sales activities for managed services products

    • Review and accept deals based on the company’s process and guidelines

    • Gather requirements and create proposals which include benefits and other necessary details

    • Present proposals to potential clients and conduct product demonstrations

    • Reach out and communicate with clients through phone calls and emails to follow up on in-flight deals through to closure

    • Schedule and attend online meetings with clients and prospects

    • Conduct negotiations with leads or clients, if necessary

    • Communicate with technical teams where necessary to validate customer requirements

    • Carefully maintain process documentation for duties

    Account Management

    • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for further innovation

    Project Management

    • Hand over requirements to technical teams and ensure builds are completed to the highest standard

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 2 years of Sales/Account Management experience in any industry

    • Strong Sales or Sales Admin experience

    • Experience in creating proposals and setting up demos

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    • Energetic and enthusiastic when dealing with clients

    • Understanding of any Sales CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)

    • Intelligent and ability to think outside the box

    • Process driven

    • Excellent time management and organisational skills

    • Experience in Technical Sales within telephony/software products would be an advantage
