  • Job Duties and Responsibilities

     Maintain monthly sales achievement and achieve assigned monthly sales quota.
     Grow the company’s market presence and customer coverage in South Luzon or nearby provinces.
     Submit sales pipeline and call activity reports within assigned reporting schedule requested by management.
     Identify and develop at least 5 new account opportunities on a monthly basis.
     Create, manage and maintain at least 25 active accounts on a monthly basis.
     Anticipates and plans for competitive threats
     Builds customer loyalty through maintaining business relationship and customer satisfaction
     Identify and maintains positive gross profit with consistent selling approach and solution propositioning
     Identifies related business growth channels (lead generation, opportunity expansion, channel partnering).
     Assist and help the accounting department with customer collections and maintain the AR as current.
     Spend at least 60% of working time on client engagement meetings.
     Continue to improve product knowledge, product positioning and solution selling in line with MDTI’s total solution strategy.
     Develop and maintain C-level selling approach at all levels of client organizational structure.
     Observes and understand consistent work attendance and how it impacts business operations

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
