  • Leading Edge is a boutique talent acquisition firm that caters to some of the biggest, most progressive and dynamic local and multinational organizations across industries. We are currently looking for Account Managers for one of our valuable clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Be the Single Point of Contact for all customers, clients, and business partners
    • Handle key accounts, stakeholders and client segments, while maintaining a continuous healthy relationship with partners
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions according to clients' needs and objectives
    • Effectively liaise with stakeholders and business partners with reports and presentations
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
    • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
    • Proactively acquire and maintain new and existing clients


    Requirements:
    • At least 5-7 years sales experience in solution selling (preferably from Telco, Retail, Logistics, IT, Digital Marketing, etc)
    • Proven account management or other relevant experience
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Deep digital understanding
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
