  • Job Requirements:


    3+ yrs of Account Management or sales experience in the IT and OT (Operational Technology) industry with a track record of successful performance (new orders).

    5+ yrs of Account Management or sales experience with customers form the industrial, manufacturing sub-segments: Semiconductor (Preferred), Electronic (Preferred), Automotive, Plastic or other sub segments.

    Experience in selling ETL, Analytics, Data Management solutions

    Strong experience in selling Professional Services, Managed Services

    Experience in selling software platform into the IT and OT

    Strong experience in various Models such as Offshore, Onsite, Nearshore etc.

    Demonstrated experience in managing Risks, Escalations & their timely mitigation both at Stakeholder level as well as Account level.

    Demonstrated experience on Continuous improvements using Automation, Quality improvement, Process Improvement and CSAT score.

    Proven experience in Industrial segment, including level c contacts

    Proven Level c connections with previous IT customers

    Proven ability to sell at least 2 lines of product in parallel, into two different industry segments.

    Proven ability to manage over 30 active opportunities simultaneously.

    Proven ability to sell over $2M US per year.


    Proven Informatica experience: as sales or technical. PowerCenter, Big Data Management, Enterprise Data Catalog, Master Data Management, Axon, Enterprise Data Lake, Data Exchange, Managed File Transfer.

    Familiarity with one or more of the following: amazon aws, Microsoft azure, google cloud, other cloud platforms, industrial machinery, network protocols and architectures, edi communications.

    Proven Subject matter experience in Industrial segment: Machine analytics, Machine Operations, Production Line Manufacturing Optimization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Availability, Quality, Performance Matrixes. Predictive Maintenance.

    Technical education & work experience


    Excellent written and spoken communication skills

    High work ethics, critical thinking, analytical & presentation skills

    Flexible working hours: will be working with customers and teams globally.

    Advance knowledge of MS- office

    Must be willing to travel Nationally & internationally for short durations

    Key Accountabilities:

    Revenue / Sales Management

    Sales Planning, Budgeting, Pipeline management for new business & existing business. Globally.

    Work directly with customers and through channels.

    Identify, drive and develop short/medium/long term opportunities as part of the 3 to 5-year Account Business Plan.

    Achieve or exceed quarterly and yearly sales plan.

    Define account sales targets and is responsible for the achievement of the target

    Responsible for RFPs, Proposals, Deals, Contracts, Paperwork etc. From Lead through winning and transitioning to product/ service delivery.

    Relationship Management

    Develop a strategic relationship and establishes relationships with the appropriate Customer's key decisions makers

    Be a Single point of accountable contact to the customer

    Periodic stakeholder mapping, communication and CSAT measurement

    Participate in Events, campaigns, roadshows etc.& build reference customers

    Stakeholder & Escalation Management

    Establishes him/herself as the point of contact for escalations.

    Recognizes potential risks with (major) business impact to the account early and escalates identified risks to concern divisions in time when necessary.

    Ensures the carrying out of customer satisfaction surveys, thus showing commitment, willingness, and passion for the customer

    Profitability & Gross Margin Management

    Drives the project acquisition process and develops the "winning strategies" including the target price expectation and customer's project budget.

    Maximization of Account penetration and growth

    Tracking & Reporting KPIs

    Develop Market and competitor intelligence

    Define, measure, track and report KPIs on a periodic basis
