  • ✔Male

    ✔At least a vocational or 2-year course graduate or College level of any Course

    ✔Knows how to drive a motorcycle, preferably with owned motorcycle

    ✔Willing to be trained and able to work under pressure

    ✔With good moral character

    JOB DUTIES:

    ✔Recruits/markets new microfinance clients

    ✔Conduct orientation to prospective clients or applicants for microfinance loans

    ✔Conduct CIBI and initially evaluates and determines the feasibility of granting loans

    ✔Prepares reports such as cash flow analysis and other related reports needed in processing of loans

    ✔Secure and follow-up applicants for the required loan documents

    ✔Submit loan applications to CBLH for validation/verification and recommendation

    ✔Collects and monitors the payment of all microfinance accounts due for the days collection

    ✔Send reminder/warning letters for delinquent accounts and negotiate for payment arrangements

    ✔Conduct skip tracing of whereabouts of the client-borrower

    ✔Personally handles and undertakes voluntary surrender of units, repossession,foreclosures and other legal remedies for hardcore delinquent accounts from initiation of legal action up to implementation.

    ✔Performs functions that may be assigned from time to time
