  • Qualifications:

    Graduate of Any Business Course or Mass Communication

    Good Communication Skills: Well-groomed

    Preferably Male

    FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



    1. AFTER SALES GOODWILL VISIT

    b.) Calendar Birthdays and Anniversaries of the Corporate Client VIPs.

    c.) Recommend to Healthcare management appropriate representation.

    d.) Coordinate Clients request to support their company activities ie; medical mission and family day.

    e.) Plan, coordinate and Health and Wellness seminars to corporate Clients.

    f.) Coordinate and monitor client’s requirements for employee immunization, ECU and APE.

    g.) Manage the distribution of Christmas giveaways to the Corporate Clients.

    h.) Make phone calls, email and visit Corporate Clients regularly.

    i.) Maintain a diary of communications and visits to the Corporate Clients.



    1.) STATUS OF BACKDOOR SERVICES

    a.) Accomplish accurately and circulate Master Account Files.

    b.) Handle and coordinate with the respective department queries and complaints of the client on the membership such as ID, addition and/or deletion of members.

    c.) Handle concerns on benefit availments and unpaid claims.

    d.) Reorient the client regarding their benefit coverage and access procedures

    e.) Coordinate and handle queries on billings and reconciliation of unpaid accounts.

    f.) Provide support to the Collection Department for the hard to collect accounts.

    g.) Review year to date utilization of members with the client.

    h.) Maintain a diary of communication with the client.



    2.) RENEWAL OF ACCOUNTS

    a.) Review the previous agreement with the clients.

    b.) Make a list of benefit coverage.

    c.) Analyze utilization report.

    d.) Submit for review and approval your recommendation to change/enhance the previous agreement.

    d.1. Anticipate clients’ future requirements.

    e.) Get actuarial computations and top management approval.

    f.) Prepare Renewal Offer Letter.

    g.) Handle renewal negotiation. Get top management support whenever necessary.

    g.1. Make realistic short term and long term commitments.

    g.2. Guarantee client member’s satisfaction.

    h.) Maintain a diary of negotiations with the client.

    3.) MANAGEMENT REPORTING

    a.) Submit to Management every 5th of the succeeding month, a complete and accurate accomplishment report for Corporate Client.

    4.) OTHER PROJECTS THAT MAYBE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME

    a.) Accept and handle other project or responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.

    Work Schedule: 5 days a week

    >8 hours a day (Monday- Friday)

    >8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Communication and persuasion
  • Availability for travel: Yes
