Job Description
Accounts Receivables Staff preferably can start ASAP.
Please see below requirement for the position:
Job Qualifications:
• Must be Accounting or any bachelor's degree
• Must have at least 1 year AR experience
• Good to Excellent communication skills
• Good comprehension skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the Billing system
• Preparing Invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations (Bank and Sales)
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records and encoding in Quickbook Accounting Aystem and scanning and keeping records.
• Producing Monthly Sales report
• Making Follow up payments for payments

Requirements
Accounts Payables Staff preferably can start ASAP.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any business related course.
• Preferably with experience in Accounts Payables and other facet of accounting.
• Must be very keen to details and reports generation.
• Must also have experience in Quickbooks.
• Amenable to start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Accounts Payable Voucher, Check Vouchers and Checks.
• Releasing of checks for payment and making sure that all bills are paid on time.
• Handling disbursement and replenishment of Petty Cash Fund/Revolving Fund.
• Encoding of Petty Cash Fund transactions from cash request to liquidations of advances.
• Sending of Monthly Summary of checks issued.
• Sending of Monthly Summary of Purchases from suppliers and summary of expenses from petty cash fund/revolving fund.
• Handling of importation documents as sent by the broker and preparation of monthly summary of importations.
• Classifying the transactions based on their proper accounts.
• Filing of documents and making sure that all attachments are complete.
• Assist in physical inventory count.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the management at any time.

SALARY RANGE: 16,000 - 18, 000
WORK LOCATIONS: BIÑAN, LAGUNA
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM TO 6:30PM

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
