Offer description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Processing Payroll weekly

· Bookkeeping for all clients and businesses

· Various daily data entry duties

· Monthly and quarterly financial reporting

· Bank reconciliation

· Accounts Receivable and Payable processing.

Must Haves:

· At least 2 years of experience in Accounting

· Good communication skills both verbally and in writing

· Experience using Quickbooks Online

· Experience with Australian Tax Law (ie GST and Income Tax)

· An Accounting degree

Nice To Have:

· Experience processing Australian Payroll

Home Office Requirements:

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
