Responsibilities:

1. Recording of Sales and Purchases

2. Preparation of Check Vouchers and Recording of Cash Receipts

3. Ensure timely and proper recording of journal/adjusting entries

4. Reconciliation of cash balance per books as against balance per cash position

5. Generate draft financial reports (BIR and Management)

6. Timely filing and payment of BIR taxes in the EFPS

7. Ensure timely payment of quarterly business tax

8. Prepare the requirements for renewal of business tax

9. Check if the vouchers filed are complete

10. Check if the payments are issued with proper receipts

11. Record expense report of field personnel and manage company’s petty cash

12. Monitor the unliquidated advances and follow-up for the liquidation
