Description



  • Qualifications:

    - Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or other accounting related courses.

    - Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same field.

    - Knowledgeable in preparation of statement of accounts and financial statements.

    - Work experience in Real Estate Industry is ad advantage

    - Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

    - Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City

    - Can Start ASAP

    Job Descriptions:

    - Review/Prepare necessary Assessments, Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditure Budget.

    - Timely billing of Association Dues and utilities.

    - Collect Association Dues, Special Assessments and directly billed utilities and immediate collection follow-up action on delinquent accounts.

    - Disburse and monitor operating expenses and other disbursements.

    - Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts.

    - Timely submission of all management reports on the financial status and results of operation.

    - Preparation of Financial Reports and schedules

    - Preparation of Financial Reports and Schedules.

    - Preparation and submission of regulatory requirements. e.g. BIR,SEC, etc.

    - Ensure proper installation of file backup procedures and regular file back-up to prevent the occurrence of the loss of important files.
