Description



  • -Provide clerical assistance to the company.

    -Can perform basic accounting functions as well.

    -Must be able to perform general office duties, like answering phones and greeting customers as well as perform higher-level functions, such as processing invoices and preparing deposits.

    -Must be able to work with minimum supervision

    -Must be reliable and highly organized.

    -Should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and work equally well independently and in teams.

    -Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications

    -Strong typing skills, 50+ wpm

    -Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners

    -Basic mathematical skills

    -Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles

    -College degree in Accounting or related field
