  • 1. Maintaining book of accounts including preparation of journal entries
    2. Assisting in preparation of complete financial statements, payroll computation, and timely preparation of bank reconciliation
    3. Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    4. Preparing of tax computations and returns
    5 Monitoring of monthly accruals and depreciation of fixed assets
    6. Ensuring the company books are in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standard
    7.Implementing, maintaining and improvement of internal financial controls and procedures
    8. Physical inventory count as needed
    9. Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry operation, and administrative assistance
