Job Description

1.Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

2.Prepares profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports

3.Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions

4.Establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

5.Prepares and reviews revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents

6.Explains billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients

7.Resolves accounting discrepancies

8.Assists in the preparation and summarization of general accounting schedules to be used for month-end financial reporting

9.Assists in the preparation of tax schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR filing requirements

10.Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits

Requirements

(1) Gender: Female

(2) Age: 25 - 35

MUST

1.Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

2.At least 5 years of experience accounting

3.Organized and keen to details

4,. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to operate excel/spreadsheet programs

BETTER

1. Have experience in Manufacturing set up

2. Familiar in all facets of accounting
