Offer description

Review billings and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.

Clarify any questionable billings items/price/qty. or receiving signatures.

Verify and Calculate the total amount to pay on a billing

Responsible to post all billings in SAP with correct payable and expense entries.

Prepares monthly expense reports.

Other related duties may be assigned by the immediate superior for department operation

Familiar with SAP System

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
