A. Key Responsibilities:

* Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, other supporting documents with the invoice

* Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, request for payment and etc. ensure that payment package is complete and accurate before processing

* Input Invoice into the system

* Controls expenses by receiving, processing, analysing, verifying and reconciling

* Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments

* Ensure that all monthly expenses are voucher and paid on time

* Monitor vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions to ensure payments are made within terms

* Research and resolve discrepancies and issues

* Maintain vouchers and supporting for files in an organized manner and provide supporting documentation for audits

* Prepare journal voucher with supporting documents

* Maintain historical records

* Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

B. Education and Other Competencies:

* Must be graduate of Accountancy or related courses.

* With at least one (1) year experience is an advantage.

* With excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, organized, analytical, detail oriented, able to work independently, responsible and reliable.

* Trustworthy and able to maintain high level of confidentiality

* Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure

* Able to meet or exceed deadlines

* Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
