    Required Tasks

    • Timely and accurate Accounts Payable processing (receives invoices by email as PDF, rename files and upload to software)

    • Create accounts payable entries

    • Enter and upload invoices into system, attaching correct invoice to Accounts Payable entry

    • Review and invoices and check requests

    • Enter invoices in line with client budgets

    • Assist with basic data entry such as new client name, address, email, phone, etc and send out Welcome Packs electronically (training to be provided on this at a later stage)

    • Updating & Analysing various maintenance and service contracts including the various terms and conditions of the contract but not limited to the cost /remuneration and cost of outlays and entering the relevant information in the contracts register for each body corporate in the system

    • Ensuring that the various documents including minutes, administration agreements, maintenance and service contracts, community management statements, all compliance reports such as Work Health and Safety/Insurance Valuation/Sinking Fund/Fire Safety are filed electronically as per the document management procedure and accurate collection of data is maintained for all body corporate records in the software.

    • Sending out a high volume of minutes /notices/documents to the lot owners via Bing (easy mail) and updating the system as required.

    Personal Soft Skills

    • Education or Industry Experience

    • Proven Accounts Payable experience (either MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, StrataMaster, MyStrata)

    • Experience in the property/body corporate sector (highly regarded)

    • Proficient in data entry and management

    • Must have excellent, fast internet connection

    • Must be working from an ‘office based’ environment
