  • Job Summary: Performs day to day HMO / Outpatient transactions

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Makes entry at Clinic Information System (Bizbox Accounting System)

    2. Receives Cash / HMO payments

    3. Issues Official Receipt

    4. Prepares cash and check deposits

    5. Prepares daily collection report

    6. Checks patient’s records per transaction received from the Nursing Department

    7. Files paid collections

    8. Validates sales report

    9. Performs other related duties as may be deemed assigned from time to time

    Qualifications:

    1. Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent

    2. Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience

    3. Knowledge in using MS Office Application

    4. Attentive to details, analytical, and result-oriented

    5. Can work with minimal supervision

    6. Willing to start ASAP

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Accounting Software, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Reports
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
