  • Responsible in handling customer's account (Foreign Receivables and Payables).

    To provide updated statement of account (SOA) to various customers on a regular basis

    To secure updated statement of account (SOA) from various customers on a regular basis

    To reconcile customer's account ( AR and AP)

    To address collection and payment issues to proper department concern within reasonable time.

    To ensure collection and payment dispute will be resolved in shortest possible time.

    To ensure that all receivables will be collected base from the agreed credit terms.

    To ensure that all payables will be paid base from the agreed credit terms.

    To properly post all payments to and from customers on time.

    To ensure that customer's account is always updated as possible.

    To provide Aging Report on a regular basis

    To provide projected collection and payment every week.

    We Need people:

    Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related course.

    Good oral and written communication skills.

    With work experience in handling Foreign Receivables and Payables

    Analytical and organizational skills

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
