  • Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

    Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) functionalities.

    With excellent communication skills, flexible, and hardworking.

    Able to multi- task and can work with minimum supervision.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Check and validate personal reimbursement.

    Ensure completeness and correctness of attachments supporting the reimbursements, with the required approval signatures.

    Communicate with concerned requesting departments on issues affecting reimbursements.

    Process the reimbursements within the required time frame.

    Prepare accounting entries in the Purchase Journal book and ensure accuracy on recognition of Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax.

    Encoding of Purchases in the BIR Relief system.

    Maintains proper and efficient filing of documents.

    Delivery of accounting related documents to different third parties.
