  • Key Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Records and posts financial transactions such as purchases, sales and receipts to GL System.

    2. Prepares checks, CV and JV.

    3. Checks payables for tax liabilities, conformance to contract/ purchase order, due date and other payment details.

    4. Updates lapsing schedule, cash position report and aging of receivables.

    5. Liaises to bank for transactions such as deposits and encashment.

    6. Prepares BIR reports such as withholding taxes of expanded and compensation.

    7. Assists in the preparation of financial statements.

    8. Performs filing and other clerical tasks.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Accounting
