    Description


  • 1. Responsible for journalizing and proper accounting of daily transport collection summary.
    2. Checks and monitors the accuracy of balances of subsidiary.
    3. Maintains and updates schedule such as fixed assets, lapsing schedule, pre-payment, accural and subsidiary ledger of various accounts.
    4. Performs reconciliation of bank accounts.
    5. Performs reconciliation of supplier's account.
    6. Prepares monthly financial statement.
    7. Prepares and makes necessary adjusting of entries including bank charges, fund transfer, and depreciation/ amortization of PPE
    8. Prepares monthly reports and payment of government remittances.

  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
