  • 1. Assist the Chief accountant in the maintenance, preparation and completeness of the General Ledger Book. Prepares Schedules of per Account on a T-account report format.

    2. Assist the Chief Accountant in the preparation of Financial Statement Working Paper / Working Balance Sheet.

    3. Prepares Adjusting Journal entries in the General Journal Book with its supporting schedules to guarantee accuracy and completeness entered in the Journal Book.

    4. Submit to the chief Accountant the necessary working paper before finalization of the Monthly Financial Reports.

    5. Prepares variance analysis.

    6. Responsible in analyzing the result of financial operating reports and the status of its financial condition on a monthly / quarterly basis.

    7. Assist in the Weekly Cash Position Report to be submitted to the VP Golf Development.

    8. Preparation of the monthly bank reconciliation statement and the necessary journal entries.

    9. Update of the Accounts Payable Voucher (APV) on a regular basis including posting of all newly signed checks in the APV.

    10. Preparation and update of lapsing schedules to reconcile monthly depreciation of the property ledger including the preparation of necessary journal entries.

    11. Monitors Monthly Supplies consumption and inventory reports from various Administrative personnel of GCM projects. Submit report to the Chief Accountant prior to recording in the General Journal Book to make it sure that proper expenses are recorded on a timely basis.

    12. Monthly monitoring of form 2307 from various GCM Projects and reconcile the same to match with Official receipt issued and Income reflected / submitted for VAT purposes.

    13. Serves as reliever during the absence of any accounting staff to maintain continuity of the accounting functions.

    14. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
