Description



  • • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

    • Create and update expense reports

    • Process reimbursement forms

    • Prepare bank deposits

    • Enter financial transactions into internal databases

    • Check spreadsheets for accuracy

    • Maintain digital and physical financial records

    • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

    • Review and file payroll documents

    • Participate in quarterly and annual audit

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be 1-3yrs of experienced

    • Must be graduated of BS Accountancy

    • With CPA is an advantage

    • Strong analytical and planning skills

    • Good communication and presentation skills

    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable;

    • Knowledgeable in check preparation;

    • Willing to work long hours

    • Must have 1 - 2 yrs experience in the same field

    • Can work multitasking and with minimal supervision

    • With knowledge about Philippine Tax

    • Must have knowledge in Payroll

    • With knowledge in Microsoft Excel
