• Job Qualifications:

    - Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance & other related courses.

    - With at least 1-2 years of related working experience

    - Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, BIR Compliances

    - Expert in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint

    Other related experiences:

    - Knows how to prepare bank reconciliations

    - Knowledgeable in BIR Compliances and other government mandatories

    - Knows how to prepare monthly payroll

    - Knows how to prepare financial statements

    Job Description:

    - Reviews liquidation for petty cash replenishment and operational cash advances

    - Collects, prepares and submits accurate employee liquidation report of cash advances

    - Prepares checks for payment and signature

    - Checks and reviews payables to suppliers and contractors

    - Prepares check and cash vouchers

    - Maintains accounts payable documentation files

    - Encodes the summary of check disbursements to the accounting system
