  • Job Description

    Preparation of sales invoice, billing statements and debit/credit memo

    Sending out of SOA (Statement of Account) to clients

    Review AR balances and performs application of receipts for open items

    Review of pricing and sales-related charges to all customers

    Coordinates/resolves open sales orders with Sales and Logistis Team

    Monitors and maintain AR aging report

    Conduct regualr coordination and reconciliation with clients and customers

    Reconciliation of AR Subsidiary vs. General Ledger

    Performs foreign currency revaluation fro AR

    Monitoring and computation of monthly management fee for payment to SBCI

    Preparation of AR-related periodeic reports for analyis of top management

    Preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT computation, including SLS (summary list of sales)

    Provide backup support to other areas of Finance and Accounting

    Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    Minimum Qualifications

    Accounting Graduate

    CPA preferred but not required

    Experience in the same or related field, preferred

    Knowledge in ERP systems, preferred

    Self-starter, proactive and with good communication skills

    Keen to details

    Knowledge in basic accounting

    Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
