  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The main tasks of the Accounting Assistant are to handle accounts payable and receivable, maintain records of business costs, labor, material; check invoices for inaccuracies, reconcile accounts with the general ledger, handle general account queries and contact clients about invoices that are past due.

    Required Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Ability to work well being alone and as a part of a team

    Constant improvement mindset

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    High-level interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and processes

    Proficient with:

    Microsoft Excel

    Experience Advantage:

    Experience with NetSuite
