  • Other Activities

    1. Records and posts all entries for the month to the book of accounts/general ledger

    generated from cash, AP, bodega transactions & other adjustment/s as needed.

    2. Timely prepares monthly balance sheet analysis.

    3. Submits all required reports to main office on time.

    4. Prepares payroll report and submits it to Payroll Officer 4 days before the payday

    5. Acts as Office supplies custodian.

    6. Performs other related duties that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.

    HR Coordinator & TimeKeeping

    1. Updates bulletin board monthly or upon needed.

    2. Prepares and submit accurate and reliable timekeeping report with attached timekeeping

    forms 5 days before pay day.

    3. Forwards previous month time cards to HR every 1st week of the month.

    4. Acts as HR forms custodian.

    5. Ensures that all new HR related directives, policies, announcements and programs

    released by HR are properly disseminated to all branch personnel.

    6. Ensures that all HR related concerns and issues pertaining to the branch are conveyed to

    the HR promptly so these can be properly addressed.

    7. Accommodates walk-in applicants.

    8. Forwards received resumes to the HR.

    9. Assists in conducting exams for applicants.

    10. Files all HR related documents.
