Accounting Assistant

Offer description

1) Process billing from diesel company

2) Encode entry to SAP One for diesel company

3) Print checks and 2307 for diesel company

4) Prepare quarterly analysis of diesel consumption

5) Release checks thru LBC or bank deposit to suppliers

6) Prepare a monthly schedule of withholding tax report on compensation (BIR Form 1601C)

7) Prepare annual tax report schedule on compensation (BIR Form 1604CF)

8) Ensure BIR books of accounts (Sales, Purchases, Disbursement book) are updated.

9) Maintain and organize BIR file for future audit (PRC and Supply Chain)

10) Update lapsing schedule of Assets (PRC and Supply Chain)

Qualifications :

1) Accounting graduate or any Business related course

2) At least 1-year experience in handling BIR reports and AP reports

3) Can multi-task and willing to be trained

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Language(s): English
