  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    Expense report handling.
    Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
    General ledger journal entries.
    Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
    Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
    Identifying and resolving discrepancies.
    Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
    Perform detailed research/adjustment functions.
    Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
