    Duties and Responsibilities:

    General Admin

    • Email Correspondence and Management

    • Documentation (Filing)

    • Meetings

    • Trainings


    • Receipting (Rentals and Sales)

    • Reconciliation of Trust Account and Reports

    • Creditor Run (Payments to Creditors) and Direct Debit Run

    • Mid-Month and End of Month Process

    • Direct Debit Variations

    • Audit (Reversing and Clearing)

    • Trust Fund Movements

    • PropertyMe Management

    MYOB Tasks

    • Bank Feeds Processing

    • Credit Card Feeds Processing

    • Supplier Bills Processing

    • Sales Invoicing (Settlements and Commissions)

    • Payroll

    • Payments thru Credit Card Transactions

    • Supplier Payment Run and Statement Check

    • Reconciliation

    • MYOB Management

    • Reporting

    JOHBA Tasks

    • Transaction Recording (Bookkeeping)

    • Payroll

    • Reporting

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly regarded

    • 1+ plus year’s relevant business experience in a real estate environment ideally in an Accounts capacity

    • Excellent writing and grammar skills, particularly written English

    • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM

    • Proficient with programs including Xero and MYOB

    • The ability to work on time critical tasks, multi-task and ability to adhere to deadlines;

    • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Excellent time management, organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines

    • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

    • A motivated team player with a willingness to help others and flexible manner

    • Punctual, reliable and flexible

    • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role

    • Strong knowledge of English grammar and spelling

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
